Privacy Policy
Short version: we store what the app needs to be your training record, we do not sell it, there is no advertising or analytics SDK in this build, and you can export or permanently delete everything from inside Settings.
Who is responsible
ANIMFITS is operated by ANIMFITS, Türkiye. For any question about your data, or to exercise any right below, write to animfits26@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account — your handle and your email address. The email is used for sign-in and account recovery only.
- Health & fitness data you enter — age, sex, height, weight, body-fat, body measurements, injuries or limitations, sleep and stress, training goals, available equipment.
- Training records — the sessions you complete, and the exercises, sets, reps and weights inside them.
- Game progress — XP, level, rank, coin, stats, inventory, achievements, dungeon progress.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or any identifier for advertising. There is no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics SDK in the app.
Why we hold it (legal basis)
Account data is processed to perform the contract you enter into by creating an account. Health and fitness data is special-category data and is processed only on your explicit consent, given when you enter it — you can withdraw that consent at any time by deleting the values or your account.
Where it lives
Your data is stored on your device and, when you are signed in, in our Supabase database hosted in the European Union (region eu-central-1). Row-level security means your record is readable only by your own account.
Your email address is never sent to your own browser or to any other player. Sign-in resolves your handle to an email inside a server-side function, and only session tokens come back.
What other players can see
PUBLIC PROFILE is off by default. While it is off, other players see only your display name and your leaderboard position. If you turn it on, they can additionally open your class, rank, level, stats, overall power, equipped gear and title — and nothing else. Your email, your invite code, your body measurements, your health inputs and your friend list are never shared, in either state.
Health data
Health and fitness information is used only to build your programme, your calorie and macro targets, and your own analytics. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train third-party models.
ANIMFITS is not a medical device and not a medical service. Nothing it shows is medical advice or a diagnosis. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition plan, especially if you have an existing condition or injury.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes it, immediately and irreversibly — there is no grace period and no archived copy. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it; nothing in that record is health data.
Your rights
- Access / portability — Settings → DATA → EXPORT MY DATA gives you the full record as a JSON file.
- Deletion — Settings → DANGER ZONE → DELETE ACCOUNT. If you can no longer open the app, email us and we will delete it for you.
- Correction — every profile and body value can be edited in the app at any time.
- Withdraw consent — clear the health values, or delete the account.
Under the GDPR you may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Under Turkish KVKK you hold the equivalent rights under Article 11.
Children
ANIMFITS is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, you will be told in the app before the change takes effect.
