- your player handle,
- which screen you were on,
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead,
- your device and OS version.
Writing from inside the app (Settings → CONTACT SUPPORT) attaches your build number automatically.
Common questions
I forgot my handle. Sign in with the email address you registered instead — the login field accepts either.
My progress is missing on a new phone. Sign in with the same handle and password; progress syncs from the server, not from the device.
I want my data. Settings → DATA → EXPORT MY DATA.
I want my account gone. See the account deletion page.
