Terms of Service
By creating an account you agree to these terms with ANIMFITS. If you do not agree, do not use ANIMFITS.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Handles that impersonate someone else, or that are abusive, may be reclaimed.
Health and safety
ANIMFITS gives you training and nutrition suggestions, generated from what you tell it. It is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a dietitian, and it cannot see you train. You train at your own risk.
Consult a qualified professional before starting a programme, and stop immediately if something hurts. Do not treat a calorie target, a body-fat estimate or a rep scheme as medical instruction.
Fair play
Do not modify the client, forge progress, script sessions you did not perform, or create accounts to farm invite rewards. An invite only counts once the invited account has genuinely trained. Accounts found doing any of this may lose rewards or be closed.
Virtual items
Coin, gear, chests, titles and ranks have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you for use inside the app only. They are not purchasable with real money in this version. Game balance may be adjusted; content may be added or removed.
Content you enter
Your training data stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, sync it between your devices, and show the parts you have chosen to make public.
Availability
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own export if a record matters to you.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
